My Command Center
Subprocessors and Service Providers
My Command Center uses the third-party providers listed below to deliver the Services. This page is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
How we handle changes. Our providers change from time to time as we improve the Services.
- Required changes — if we add a provider that will process your data as part of the core Services, we give at least 30 days’ notice first, either by listing it under “Planned Subprocessors” below or by emailing your account contact.
- If you have a concern, tell us within those 30 days and we will work with you to address it. If we cannot, you may stop using the affected part of the Services and we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
- Optional features — where a provider is used only for a feature you choose to turn on, we identify it when you turn the feature on. No advance notice is needed, because that provider doesn’t touch your data unless you enable it.
- In an emergency — for example, if a provider fails or we need to act quickly for security reasons — we may make a change immediately and tell you as soon as we can afterward.
All providers listed in the “current” tables below were in service on the date this page was first published, September 4, 2026, unless a later date is shown.

Voice-related providers above relate to a planned phone agent feature. Where a provider is used only for an optional feature, it will process your data only if you enable that feature.
Components We Operate Ourselves
Some parts of the Services run entirely on infrastructure we control and are not third-party processors: our document editor (Collabora Online), our job queue and cache (Redis), and our search index (PostgreSQL with pgvector). Data handled by these components stays on our hosting provider’s infrastructure listed above.
Integrations You Enable
Separately from the providers above, the Services let you connect third-party accounts you already use — for example email and calendar, messaging, accounting, point-of-sale, email marketing, applicant tracking, code hosting, AI phone systems, and professional networks.
These connections are optional and are made at your direction. When you authorize one, data is exchanged with that service under your own account with that provider, and that provider’s terms and privacy policy govern its use of the data. We are not responsible for how a connected service handles data once it is transmitted at your direction.
A current list of available integrations is shown in the integrations directory within the application, and you can connect or disconnect any of them at any time from your account settings.
