Integration Data Notices
Some of the platforms you can connect to My Command Center set their own rules for how their data may be used, stored, and deleted. This page holds a short notice for each of those integrations. Each notice is shown to you when you connect that integration, and together they form part of our Privacy Policy. Integrations not listed here are covered by the general terms in Section 8 of our Terms of Use and Section 2.4 of the Privacy Policy. Bank account connections through Plaid are covered by Schedule 3 of the Terms of Use.
Notice version September 4, 2026 · Connected directly to LinkedIn’s API, not through an intermediary.
What this connection is for. Publishing posts you approve to LinkedIn pages you administer, showing you page and post statistics, and letting AI agents help you draft posts and replies.
When we collect data. Only after you connect a LinkedIn account and approve the specific permissions shown on LinkedIn’s own consent screen, and only while the connection is active.
What we receive. The pages you administer and your role on them; posts published through the Services and their status; aggregate page and post statistics such as impressions, reactions, and follower counts; and, where you choose to view or reply to them, comments on your posts with the commenter’s name and headline. We request only the permissions the features you use require.
How we use it. Solely to provide those features. We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, sales prospecting, recruiting, lead generation, building audience or contact lists, or enriching CRM or contact records. We do not sell it, transfer it outside the Services, combine it with other data to build or append profiles of people, or show it to anyone not associated with the connected account or page.
Publishing requires your approval. Nothing is posted to LinkedIn until a person in your workspace approves it. This is enforced by the Services and cannot be turned off.
How we store it. We do not keep copies of LinkedIn content. Content shown to you is retrieved live and discarded; comments and similar activity are held no longer than 48 hours; other members’ profile details are never stored. LinkedIn content that appears in an agent conversation is removed on the same schedule. We keep the encrypted credential that maintains the connection, our own records of what you published and when, and aggregate statistics so we can show trends over time.
AI features. Agents can read the LinkedIn content you ask them to work with, such as a comment you want to reply to, and the aggregate statistics on your dashboard. That content is not used to train models.
Source labeling. LinkedIn information shown alongside information from other sources is labeled as coming from LinkedIn.
Your control. Connections made under your individual LinkedIn profile are personal to you and are not shared with your organization. Page connections are available to the workspace users you permit. Disconnecting revokes our access at LinkedIn. To delete LinkedIn data we hold, disconnect or email support@mycommandcenter.com; we delete promptly except where retention is required by law.
If our use changes. If we materially change how we use LinkedIn data, we will ask you to authorize the connection again before continuing.
LinkedIn’s own practices are governed by LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy and User Agreement.
