What counts as an "agent run"?
One run is one task cycle — a chat turn, a workflow execution, or an A2A delegation. We show you the exact count in the Dashboard so there's never a surprise.
What are "agent seats"?
Each agent you build in the Agent Hub takes one seat. Seats are yours to configure, rename, and rescope. Archive an agent and the seat frees up.
What's included in "implementation" hours?
We use them to structure your Knowledge Hub, build your initial agents, wire up integrations, and train your team. You get the work done, not just a license.
What happens if I exceed my runs or seats?
You can top up runs and add seats à la carte. We alert you before you hit limits — no surprise billing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose). You can cancel anytime.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing saves you approximately 15% compared to monthly. You pay for the year upfront and get a discounted rate.
Why is custom development only on the Enterprise plan?
Custom development requires significant time and expertise. The Enterprise plan includes the implementation hours and support level needed to deliver quality custom work.
